From my 36 years in the fitness industry I am more convinced than ever that moving towards a healthier lifestyle involves getting rooted in your relationship with God. If you want to change what you do it begins by letting God change the way you think (Rom. 12:2) Our discussions will include joy, forgiveness, temptations, lies.

Healthy Nutrition Truths

One of the biggest challenges with eating healthy is knowing what you should & shouldn’t eat. Should I count calories, take out carbs, is honey or stevia better, how much protein & fiber does my body need. 

I will answer all your questions and share nutritional information specifically for women over 40. 

Uplifting Workouts

The workouts will include upbeat Christian music, inspiration al messages and pointers of proper form. 

Not only will we workout together, I will also answer all your questions about exercise (how often, how hard…) 


Personalized Health Plan

You will leave this retreat with a customized health plan that includes simple, actionable steps that will lead you to your goals.

You will meet with a small group to get help in overcoming temptations and past obstacles. This retreat will set you up for success!
