This small workout ball is great to use while exercising. You can put it behind your low back when doing core exercises to support your spine. You can put it between your knees to work your inner thighs. We use it in many of our exercise videos. It inflates and deflates easily so it’s great to pack into your suitcase when traveling!
To inflate simply blow into the hope and then quickly cover with your finger and then insert the plastic air stopper. Only takes a minute.
